Bacolod Home buyers  Requirements

Standard Requirements plus additional requirements below:

- 2 pcs 2 x 2 picture
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate ( For Married Buyer )
- 2 valid ID with signatures ( drivers license, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Postal ID, PRC ID,
- Contract of Employment or  Certificate of Employment will do.
- Photocopy of Payslips for the last 3 months
- Photocopy of passport with entries


For Self employed:
- Photocopy of business registration
- Mayors permit
- ITR
- Bank statement for the last 6 months
- Picture of business establishment

PAG-IBIG LOAN

If Employed or Self-employed:
* Community Tax Certificate
* Proof of Billing (original)
* T.I.N. (Tax ID Number)
* Latest pay slip of borrower and spouse (original)
* 2 pcs HDMF Premium Contribution Certificate (original)
* Marriage Contract or Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
* W2 BIR form (photocopy)
* 2 pcs Notarized Certificate of Employment with Compensation (original)
* Post dated checks for down payment
* 24 month Pag-ibig contribution for members. For non-members, pay 24 months contribution upon reservation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS IF YOU'RE MARRIED TO A FOREIGNER :

- Affidavit of Waiver

For Foreigners:

- foreigners are not allowed to own house and lot properties in the Philippines, however your name will be included in the title of the property if your married to a Filipino citizen
- Foreigners can also own condominium units in the Philippines
