Don Salvador Don Salvador Benedicto (DSB) a town located in the mountains of Negros Occidental is dubbed as the summer capital of Negros Occidental. Many tourist comes to visit Don salvador due to its cool weather and beautiful mountain Views.

1. Don Salvador Pine trees, beautifully grown pine trees line the main road from Brgy. Igmayan a 1.7km stretch going to their municipal town hall. Its also a 4 lane road and pot hole free, ideal for bikers.

2. Malatan-og Falls Viewing Deck - a cigarette water fall can be viewed along the road, or you can hike for 30 min to get to the base of the water falls.
3. Terraza Cafe at Don Salvador pictorial forest- a coffee shop located near the town municipal hall and along the road, it's a coffee shop with a place for photo shoot, with the moutnains of Don salvador as its back draft. Injoy their pictorial forest area, then have some native dish or snacks at their coffee shop, a locally owned coffee shop at DSB. It's featured in GMA Pep.ph, and Bacolod Sun Star news.
4. Mayana Peak - located near the border between Don Salvador and San Carlos city, though part of San Carlos, it is still a nice place to visit when your in DSB as it only takes 15 minutes drive from DSB proper. It's an easy 15 minute hike and your on top of the mountain right away, a registration is required at the base. from Bacolod going San carlos, you will see a Sign and a basketball court. Thats were you get a habal-habal if you dont have a car, or if the weather is good you can bring your car to the base of mayana.
There are many places to visit in DSB which are not mention here, DSB has a large forest and many caves,and water falls that are still pristine and not fully access by tourist.
How to get to Don Salvador Benedicto
From Bacolod city take a Ceres bus going San carlos, via DSB its an hour bus ride.
